Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses within Australia. We do not currently ship overseas.

Delivery cost

• Standard delivery: free on every order, Australia-wide.
• Express delivery: A$15, if selected at checkout.

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.

Dispatch

We dispatch from Australian stock within 2 to 3 business days of your order. Dispatch is when we hand your order to the courier. Delivery time after dispatch depends on your location and the delivery service selected. You will receive tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched.

Professional installation

If you add professional installation, we contact you after purchase to arrange a visit. Installation is carried out by TheSmartLockPros, our approved installation partner, in the listed service areas of Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide and Canberra. Choosing a city at checkout does not reserve a specific appointment time.
