This website, proshieldau.com, is operated by ProShield Security (ABN 48 613 124 254), 54 Ramu Parade, Heidelberg West VIC 3081, Australia ("ProShield", "we", "us"). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and prices

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. We take care to describe our products and prices accurately. If we find an error in a price or description after you order, we will contact you before your order is processed, and you can choose to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or we suspect fraud. If we do, we refund any amount paid.

Promotions

Promotional offers, including included accessories, apply only as described on the product page while the offer is running, and to one accessory package per qualifying order unless stated otherwise.

Installation

Optional professional installation is carried out by our approved installation partner, TheSmartLockPros, in the listed service areas. Installation includes removing the existing lock where needed, fitting your new lock, making normal fitting adjustments, setting it up, testing it and showing you how to use it. Door replacement, structural repairs, painting and electrical work are not included and need a separate quote agreed before work starts. Approved installation includes a 5-year workmanship warranty from the installation date.

Warranty

Our locks include a 2-year product warranty from delivery. Optional extended cover for eligible products is available at the time of purchase. See our Warranty page for details. Warranties are in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Delivery and returns

Delivery is covered by our Shipping policy and returns by our Refund policy.

Using our locks safely

Follow the product instructions, keep your physical backup key in a safe, accessible place and keep batteries charged or replaced as instructed.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that cannot be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for anything else is limited to resupplying the goods or services or paying the cost of having them resupplied.

Privacy

We handle personal information as set out in our Privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
