Will it suit my door?

We check your existing handle, frame and locking arrangement before confirming suitability.

Suitable door types are guidance, not a guarantee for every existing door, frame or locking system.
Fire-rated, emergency-exit and shared building-entry doors need an assessment before fitting.
Screens, gates and sliding doors need a suitable frame and locking arrangement. A glass-door label does not mean fitting directly to bare or frameless glass.
Installation, setup and a walkthrough
Our approved partner, TheSmartLockPros, removes the old lock where needed, fits your new lock, makes normal fitting adjustments, sets it up, tests it and shows you how to use it.
Commercial installation is A$450 per lock and arranged by enquiry. Contact us with your door photos, suburb and number of doors. The lock price is separate.
Same price in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Canberra. Delivery is included Australia-wide. ProShield installation is available in the six cities listed. You can buy the lock without installation.
Door replacement, structural repairs, painting and electrical work are quoted separately and agreed before work starts.
We confirm door suitability, service availability and the installation date with you before booking. Approved installation includes a 5-year workmanship warranty.
No cancellation fee before dispatch or installation. Reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge.
Warranty, delivery and returns
2-year product warranty, starting on delivery. Contact ProShield if something goes wrong. We arrange covered claims, including necessary parts, labour and transport. Normal battery depletion and wear are not faults. Damage caused by an accident or incorrect use is not covered by the written warranty. Your consumer rights are separate.
Delivery included Australia-wide. Dispatched from Australian stock within 2 to 3 business days. Dispatch is when your order is handed to the carrier. Delivery time depends on the destination and carrier.
30-day change-of-mind returns for unused, uninstalled items. You may open the box to inspect. Return the complete order, including included extras. You pay return postage. There is no restocking fee. Fault-related rights are separate.

Can it go on a sliding glass door?
Yes, Access is in our range for suitable sliding glass doors. It fits the door's frame and locking arrangement, not bare glass.
Do I recharge this lock?
No. It uses 4 aa batteries. Replace them when needed. A rechargeable spare battery is not part of this model's launch offer.
Can ProShield install it?
Commercial installation is A$450 per lock, with the lock price separate. Send an enquiry or message ProShield with your suburb, number of doors and door photos. We confirm suitability, service availability and a booking with you. Installation is not booked through the lock checkout.
What warranty do I get?
The lock has a two-year product warranty. Approved installation has a separate five-year workmanship warranty. Contact ProShield for covered claims. Your consumer rights are additional.
When will it be dispatched?
We dispatch from Australian stock within 2 to 3 business days. Delivery is included Australia-wide. Dispatch is when we hand the order to the carrier, not its arrival date.
Can I return it?
You have 30 days from delivery for a change-of-mind return of unused, uninstalled items. You may open the box to inspect. Return the complete order and included extras. You pay return postage. There is no restocking fee.
