Will it suit my door?
Suitable for:

Stay uses hotel cards and physical keys. It is not offered for phone-based self-check-in, security screens, gates, sliding glass or bare glass. Plan the hotel-card system with ProShield.
Existing handles are fine. Your installer explains what can stay and what needs to change for the new lock.

Suitable door types are guidance, not a guarantee for every existing door, frame or locking system.
Fire-rated, emergency-exit and shared building-entry doors need an assessment before fitting.
Installation, setup and a walkthrough
Our approved partner, TheSmartLockPros, removes the old lock where needed, fits your new lock, makes normal fitting adjustments, sets it up, tests it and shows you how to use it.

Door replacement, structural repairs, painting and electrical work are quoted separately and agreed before work starts.
We arrange your installation after purchase. Approved installation includes a 5-year workmanship warranty.
No cancellation fee before dispatch or installation. Reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge.
Warranty, delivery and returns
2-year product warranty, starting on delivery. Contact ProShield if something goes wrong. We arrange covered claims, including necessary parts, labour and transport. Normal battery depletion and wear are not faults. Damage caused by an accident or incorrect use is not covered by the written warranty. Your consumer rights are separate.
Delivery included Australia-wide. Dispatched from Australian stock within 2 to 3 business days. Dispatch is when your order is handed to the carrier. Delivery time depends on the destination and carrier.
30-day change-of-mind returns for unused, uninstalled items. You may open the box to inspect. Return the complete order, including included extras. You pay return postage. There is no restocking fee. Fault-related rights are separate.

Can guests unlock Stay with a fingerprint, PIN or phone?
The version described here uses a hotel keycard or physical key. Fingerprint, PIN and phone unlocking are not included.
Does the price include hotel software and card encoding?
No. Software, encoding equipment and system setup are separate. Contact ProShield to plan the complete setup.
Will it work with my existing hotel cards?
Existing cards and encoding systems are not automatically compatible. ProShield will need the system details to match the setup.
Do I recharge this lock?
No. It uses 4 aa batteries. Replace them when needed. A rechargeable spare battery is not part of this model's launch offer.
Can ProShield install it?
Yes, standard installation is available in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide and Canberra. Choose your door and city to see the price before paying. We arrange the visit after purchase.
What warranty do I get?
The lock has a two-year product warranty. Approved installation has a separate five-year workmanship warranty. Contact ProShield for covered claims. Your consumer rights are additional.
When will it be dispatched?
We dispatch from Australian stock within 2 to 3 business days. Delivery is included Australia-wide. Dispatch is when we hand the order to the carrier, not its arrival date.
